Getting started
What internet download speeds do you recommend?
Sportall365 automatically selects the best quality available for your device and internet connection speed. Below are our recommendations for internet download speeds:
- 2.0 Mbps: recommended internet download speed for standard quality. This speed is ok on the go on your mobile phone.
- 3.5 Mbps: recommended internet download speed for high quality. This speed is good on your mobile phone.
- 6.5 Mbps: recommended internet download speed for high quality on larger screens. If you use Sportall365 on a large screen, this is the minimum internet download speed we recommend.
- 8.0 Mbps: recommended internet download speed for the highest quality.
Important considerations when using Sportall365 over the internet:
- Sometimes we aren’t able to make your device or app use 100% of the available internet download speed. When this is the case you’ll need up to 100% more bandwidth to get the best quality.
- When someone else on your network uses the internet, it will reduce the available bandwidth for you on Sportall365.
Which web browsers are supported?
Sportall365 supports the web browsers listed below on their latest version. If your version is not current, please click on your web browser on the list for updating steps:

Membership and prices
What does a membership include?
Every membership includes all Sportall365 content, including the Sportall365 magazine. Content can change because of rights, schedules or technical reasons (Terms, section 7.4).
How much does it cost?
Premium+: $9.90 for the first 30 days, then $39.80 per month.
All-Access: $0.70 for the first day, then $39.80 per month.
Prices are in US dollars. The price and terms of your plan are shown before you pay.
When will I be charged?
Premium+: $9.90 when you join. When the first 30 days end, $39.80 is charged, and then every month on that date.
All-Access: $0.70 when you join. When the 1-day period ends, $39.80 is charged, and then every month on that date.
Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can always see your next payment and its date in My Account → Subscriptions.
Can I use the introductory offer more than once?
The introductory prices are meant for new members (Terms, section 3.1). If you have been a member before, use Rejoin in My Account to come back.
Why does my bank show a different amount?
Our prices are in US dollars. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee. Fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control (Terms, section 4.1).
Can I change my plan?
Yes, after your first full payment: My Account → Subscriptions → Change plan. Nothing is charged when you switch. The new plan’s price applies from your next payment, on the same billing date.
Can my membership change to a longer plan?
Our Terms describe two longer memberships: Premium Annual (one year) and Premium Two-Year. Under the Terms, an active Premium membership can be converted automatically to Premium Annual after three successful payments, and Premium Annual can be converted to Premium Two-Year in the 10 days before six months from its start.
When a conversion happens, the unused part of what you have already paid is credited and only the balance is charged. Cancelling before a conversion is processed prevents it. The full rules are in the Terms, section 4.10.
Cancelling and refunds
How do I cancel?
Log in, open My Account → Subscriptions, choose Cancel subscription and confirm. We send you a confirmation email. You can also write to [email protected].
When does cancelling take effect?
Your membership stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and no further payments are taken. Cancelling also stops any renewal or membership conversion that has not been processed yet (Terms, section 5.1).
Can I get a refund?
Payments are not refunded because you cancel, did not use the service or changed your mind after your membership started. This includes the current billing period (Terms, section 5.3).
If you were charged twice or by mistake, contact [email protected]: we will look into it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
If I stop using Sportall365, is my membership cancelled?
No. Not logging in or not using Sportall365 does not cancel a membership. Payments continue until you cancel in My Account.
What is the free week I am offered when I cancel?
When you start cancelling, you may be offered 7 extra days free instead. If you accept, nothing is charged that day, your next payment moves 7 days later, and later payments stay on the new date. Each member can use it once, and you can still cancel afterwards.
It is not offered during the 1-day All-Access introductory period.
I cancelled by mistake. Can I undo it?
Yes. Until your access ends, choose Restore membership in My Account → Subscriptions: your billing date stays the same and nothing is charged now. After your access has ended, you can rejoin from My Account at any time.
Payments
Which payment methods can I use?
Debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay on devices that support them. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your access is paused and we email you. Update your card in My Account: the open payment is then charged and your access comes back. We may also retry the payment (Terms, section 4.3).
How do I update my card?
In My Account → Subscriptions → Update card. The new card is used for your next payments.
Where can I see my payments?
In My Account → Payments.
How can I troubleshoot payment problems?

I don’t recognise a charge. What should I do?
Please contact [email protected] first, so we can check the payment and help quickly. You can still contact your bank at any time. If a payment is disputed or charged back, access linked to that payment may be suspended while it is looked into (Terms, section 5.4).

Technical issues
How can I fix common connection issues?
If your internet connection strength meets our minimum requirements, you can go through these areas below to help resolve common connection issues:
- Test your internet connection speed
- Restart your network
- Connect your device directly to the modem
- Improve your Wi-Fi signal
If the troubleshooting steps did not help you solve your problem, please contact our customer service team for further help.
Test your internet connection speed
- Browse to www.fast.com on the device you would like to use Sportall365 on.
- The speed test will start automatically and once the text turns black the speed test is completed.
Restart your network
- First make sure to turn off, or unplug the device you use Sportall365 on. Unplug your modem and router from the mains power (If you do not have a router, unplugging your modem will be enough).
- Make sure everything stays unplugged for at least 30 seconds.
- Plug in your modem and wait until it is connected (no new indicator lights are blinking anymore). If you have a router, plug in your router now and wait until it is connected (no new indicator lights are blinking anymore).
- Turn on your device and open Sportall365 again.
Connect your device directly to the modem
If you’re using a wireless router to use Sportall365 on your device, try connecting this device directly to the modem, bypassing the router and the wireless signal. That will help identify what’s causing the problem by eliminating the router, or wireless connectivity as a possible cause. Please note that depending on your device you might need an extra cable/adapter to connect your device to the modem.
Improve your Wi-Fi signal
Below you will find a list of suggestions to do to improve your Wi-Fi signal at home:
- Make sure that your router is not near to other wireless devices, as they can cause interference when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi.
- Move your router to a high position and make sure there are no obstacles around it. A router below, or behind furniture might cause problems.
- Move your router to a central location in your home, which will help you distribute the signal evenly in your home.
